Student accommodation information

Portland Green Student Village is Newcastle's largest premium student accommodation. Our residents enjoy spacious, modern, en-suite rooms in friendly, purpose-built student accommodation.

Facilities and features include super-fast Wi-Fi, all bills included, social spaces, study areas and our new fitness studio, which opened in October.

We provide secure, no-hassle living only a short walk from both Northumbria and Newcastle universities. If you're looking for a home away from home, in a vibrant student community, Portland Green is the place for you.

We've built Portland Green with modern students in mind. Our rooms are all en-suite and there is a choice of five different sizes to suit you. Portland Green Student Village is made up of five buildings: Bryson Court, Turner Court, Rosedale Court and our two newest buildings, Marshall Court and Newton Court, which opened in September 2018.

We have plenty on offer to suit all needs and budgets. Choose from five different sizes, all en-suite and spacious.

Early booking offer:

Book now for September 2019, and we'll give you £1,500 cash back after you move in, on an en-suite room in Bryson Court or Marshall Court, or £900 cash back on and en-suite room in Newton Court, or £650 cash back on a studio.
