Currently managed on behalf of Northumbria University as the Stephenson Building but will soon be managed and bookable directly through iQ Student Accommodation for the 2018/19 academic year. Please contact us directly via email to answer any queries or assistance with your booking.
Stephenson House is located just a short walk from Northumbria University hosting single bedrooms in clusters of 4 to 8 flats across six floors with shared living space, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Residents will also have access to a social hub, onsite laundry facilities, free WiFi and limited parking is available at an additional cost.
