Millennium View is located in the heart of Coventry City, close to Warwick making the student accommodation ideal for students from both Coventry and Warwick universities. Millennium View offers the perfect student accommodation with a choice of en-suite rooms or private studios, tailored to meet your needs:

En-suite rooms in a shared flat

Booking a room
Some en-suite rooms at Millennium View are available on 40-, 44- and 51-week contracts and studios are available on 51-week contracts from 6 September 2025. Booking your room couldn’t be easier! You can only make a booking through the easy-to-use and secure booking system on the Capitol Students site – simply select your chosen residence and the room you want and then follow the steps.

Capitol Students ask for an advance rent payment (£100 to £300 depending on the location) to allocate you a room. For properties in England, this will be deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. For properties in Scotland, this will deducted from the first instalment or payment due on the tenancy start date. If, having secured a room, you need to cancel your booking, the Capitol Students site has details of the cancellation policy for residents in England and Scotland.

Once you’ve paid your advance rent, you will be allocated a room and receive an email with instructions on how to complete the booking process. (Please note, there is a ten-day deadline to accept your room offer and sign your licence agreement electronically.)

Offers for 2025/26
• Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in academic year 2025/26 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! (They must be new residents who have booked after you, and they should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously.)
• Book between 29 January to 30 April 2025 and the first 30 confirmed bookings per property will receive a £300 cashback incentive.
